Placing an Order

Quotes are valid for up to 30 days. If quotes are 31 days or older, please call to ensure that prices and freight costs have not changed. Orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Out of stock items or custom work may require additional time to manufacture or obtain from suppliers. Notification of a delay in the availability of a product will be made at the time of purchase.

Order payment

We accept all major credit cards, including Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover, as well as check and ACH. We accept hard-copy Purchase Orders from schools, universities and municipalities in the U.S. To qualify for Net 30 Terms, please complete the online Credit Application.

Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to freight charges which will be provided via a quote. Unless you use your own carrier, we will select the best carrier based on the order, destination and delivery time.

Orders for multiple items may require shipping from different locations. In such cases, it may not be possible to deliver all items in one shipment, and we will complete the order in several shipments.

Multiple shipping and handling charges may apply. It is your responsibility to have someone onsite to unload the delivery. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift to unload the order, you must request a lift-gate at the time you receive your quote. Any special arrangements made with the delivery company will carry extra charges and it is your responsibility to settle those fees with them.

IMPORTANT: INSPECT ALL PACKAGES AND NOTE ANY DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES ON THE SHIPPING DOCUMENTS BEFORE SIGNING - Without a notation of damage, we are unable to file a claim against the shipping carrier and may be unable to provide a replacement.

Damages

Unfortunately, due to reasons beyond our control, damage to the material could occur during shipment. We will replace any damaged or incorrect material as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect packages.

If you are unable to inspect everything due to daylight or time constraints, EXCEPTION must be marked on the signed documents and any problems must be reported within 48 hours to 95 Traffic Safety Supply and the freight company. Please take digital photos of any damages if possible. This will make freight claims faster and help us in our continued effort to improve our packaging procedures.

Pick-Ups

Customers may pick up products directly from our location. All pickups must be arranged at least 48 hours prior to pickup date. Customers that pick up orders are required to pay any applicable state sales tax.

Returns

95 Traffic Safety will accept returns of unused and undamaged non-defective product within 10 business days. There is a minimum 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all round-trip freight charges.

After the product has been inspected and the return has been approved, we will issue a refund in the same form that we received payment. We cannot accept returns of used product. Customer must repack materials in a manner suitable for return shipment without damage. The customer is responsible for any damage incurred during return shipment. We are not able to accept returns on custom orders.

Warranty

95 Traffic Safety Supply does not provide any product warranties. However, many of our products are covered by Manufacturer Warranty. We are happy to provide our customers assistance with navigating the manufacturer's warranty procedure. Contact us with any questions regarding the manufacturer warranty of specific products.

PRIVACY POLICY

Information


Gathers two types of information about customers:

1. Data that customers provide through optional, voluntary registrations on our website and/or landing pages and in certain contests and sweepstakes;

2. Data that gathers through aggregating tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites and/or pages and click through on our advertising. The data we gather includes email correspondence, customer names, billing information, and contact information.

Email correspondence consists of email messages sent to any email address. Any email received is retained and the email address is stored for use by 95 Traffic Safety Supply. Your email address is not released to any outside party unless specifically requested by you.

Customer names consist of the first and last name of customers who inquire or place an order for a product. This information is retained for use by 95 Traffic Safety Supply. Customer names are not released to any outside party unless required for the purpose of ordering and/or delivery of order.

Billing information consists of information required to bill an order the customer has placed. The billing information is retained as required by law for accounting reasons. This information is not released to any outside party.

Contact information consists of information the customer has provided to for staff to contact them regarding a question or an order. This information is retained for use by 95 Traffic Safety Supply team members. Contact information is not released to any outside party unless specifically requested by the customer. The data we gather helps us understand the demographics of our audience and tailor content to our customers needs. The only situation in which 95 Traffic Safety Supply divulges information about an individual customer to a third party is:

  • For the purpose of processing orders, and then only for shipping concerns;
  • Contest or sweepstakes winners, and then only for shipping concerns;
  • With customer's request for direct contact with a contractor from the listing service provided by 95 Traffic Safety Supply, and then only with the user's express consent.

Gathers user information in the following ways:

Contests and sweepstakes - offers contests and sweepstakes in which we request certain personal information. At a minimum, the required information includes name and email address; in some cases, the user must provide a shipping address for the winning prize to be sent to.

Usage Tracking - tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms that customers enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual customers.

Cookies - A cookie is a small data file that certain Websites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you've visited. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above), when you click an ad.

Ads's advertising system delivers a one-time cookie to better track ad impressions and click rates. If you've set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use any site. However, you do need cookies to participate in some of 's affiliate programs, but that is clearly explained at the time of acceptance of that program.

Electronic Newsletters offers newsletters to customers who choose to sign up for this service. gathers the email addresses of customers who voluntarily subscribe. delivers newsletters via email to only registered recipients from our newsletter sign up page. The email tracking system recognizes the URL that was clicked and records some information about you and your computers, such as the email address that you provided to us, the browser, operating system, and IP address. also uses the feature of your browser to set a "cookie" on your system. This allows us to measure and report the click through rate on emails delivered and then better determine future content

Sharing of Information

Does not share information about individual customers with any third party, except in the case of; contractor direct contact requests and then only with a customer's express consent; and with customer's orders, only for the purpose of shipping.

Opt-out Policy

Gives customers options to manage email communications and opt-out of email newsletters and offers at any time.

Correct / Update Policy

Offers customers the ability to review profile information and/or correct or change the information collected during registration for newsletters, contests, or order information. Customers may do this at any time using a customer restricted area when log in, or via email at info@95tss.com, or via telephone, Monday thru Friday, 7 am to 4 pm EST, excluding major holidays at 301-395-5161.

Delete / Deactivate Policy

Customers may unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters at any time by emailing Subscription List Form. Currently, is required to keep order information for 7 years as required by state and federal law, and this INFORMATION is not shared with anyone except for shipping reasons at the time of shipping order.

Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we employ appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
