It forms a thin membrane when brushed or sprayed onto freshly finished concrete surfaces. It retains more than 95 percent of the gauge water present in the concrete for 3 days, while allowing for maximum cure with very little wasted labor and materials. Its composites are specifically designed to meet certain state highway specifications.
